Northeast Regional is releasing a full-length titled Brand Managers of the Mid-Atlantic in January 2023 on vinyl.

To help promote this LP, I went through old recordings and looked what could be freshened up. The song "The Archivists" is the result.

The instruments were recorded in 2015 as the band REPS was winding down. I always felt it was a strong song with a strong use of feedback. We "really let the instruments speak for themselves." Unfortunately, it was written just before the band broke up but we were lucky to record a solid take.

In 2022, nearly 7 years since the music was recorded, I ponied up with Allen B at Viking Recordings and finished the song.

Music was recorded by Zach Wish at Gardner's in November 2015
Vocals were recorded by Allen Bergandhal at Viking Recording in June 2022.

Jeff B played guitar and sang. Mike M. played guitar. Zach N. played drums. Billy M. played bass.

Up In Arms:
Jeff programmed drums, played guitar and bass, and sang via GarageBand in February 2022 at his house in Richmond, VA.

Will Killingsworth mastered the single at Dead Air Studios in June 2022.
